I am an internet entreprenuer, a single mother of a teenaged boy and a fitness nut. But it wasn’t always that way.
I began my quest for fitness a year after my son was born. Like many women, I saw my pregnancy as a license to eat and take it easy. After his birth, I ended up 75 pounds over weight and very tired. By his first birthday I hadn’t lost a pound. That’s when I started my fitness quest.
I wanted to be a fit and healthy mother for my precious baby boy. I was not interested in fad diets, pills or a quick fix. So I set out on a path to educate myself on the best ways to get the body that I wanted while still maintaining my health. I made small changes at first and as my health improved, I made bigger changes.
Over the past 15 years I have learned a lot and I have made it my mission to share this information with everyone who visits this site.
